Builder / Carpenters

Our client is a leading provider of industrial construction and maintenance services within the manufacturing, power generation, renewables and utilities sectors.

Due to a large Switchroom project being awarded we are looking for multiple Builder / Carpenters for a Newcastle Workshop based project.

What’s involved?

• Installation of fire rated material and cladding
• Erection of Steelwork
• Flooring installation
• Tin sheeting
• Use of a hand and power tools
• Guiding and screwing
• Installing insulation
• Working as part of a team

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Building experience
• Experience in shed or building construction highly regarded
• Confident with a wide variety of hand and power tools
• Forklift / Working at heights highly regarded
• Great teamwork ability

What we can offer you

• $60 - $61 / hour casual rate
• Day shift Monday - Friday
• Some overtime available
• Continuous employment support from your Randstad team
